At Studio Amethyst Salon, LLC, all services and product sales are considered final. Because we are a service-based business, no monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

 

In the event a guest is dissatisfied with their service, Studio Amethyst will make every reasonable effort to address concerns through a complimentary adjustment when requested within 3 days of the original appointment. Adjustments must be performed within 7 business days of the original service and must be scheduled with the original stylist, as Studio Amethyst operates primarily as a booth-rent salon.

 

All retail and boutique sales are final. Exchanges will only be honored in cases of defective or damaged merchandise, at the sole discretion of Studio Amethyst Salon, LLC.

Results may vary depending on pre-existing conditions, previous chemical services, or at-home maintenance. Our team provides aftercare recommendations to help you maintain your results, but we cannot issue refunds for outcomes affected by factors beyond our control.

    •    Results affected by pre-existing hair or skin conditions, prior chemical services, or undisclosed treatments.

    •    Outcomes impacted by the failure to follow recommended aftercare, maintenance, or home-care product use.

    •    Personal preference changes after a completed service.
