Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a minimum charge of $100 for the scheduled service.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and a late fee may apply.
A valid credit card on file is required to reserve all appointments. If the card on file is declined, payment will be required before booking your next visit.

Refunds & Adjustments
At Studio Amethyst, we want every guest to leave feeling confident, cared for, and radiant.
Because we are a service-based business, all sales are final and no monetary refunds are provided.
If you have any concerns about your results, please contact your stylist within 3 days of your appointment. We will gladly schedule a complimentary adjustment (must be done within 7 business days) to address your concerns—including adjustments to extension services—to ensure your finished style meets expectations.

Studio Amethyst gladly welcomes walk-ins when availability allows. Because our stylists often book quickly, we recommend scheduling ahead to secure your spot and enjoy the one-on-one luxury experience we’re known for.

Gift cards are available at Studio Amethyst and make the perfect indulgent treat! They may be used with commission stylists (not booth renters) and are also valid toward all retail and boutique items, unless otherwise specified.
